Industry and Automation
Most machines on the floor produce no data, and the data that is produced is rarely collected. We digitalise existing machines regardless of brand, track energy consumption line by line, and put maintenance on measurement rather than guesswork using panel temperature and vibration data. Remote start-stop, downtime and fault logging are part of the same system.
Irrigation and Landscaping
In most places irrigation runs on a schedule, not on what the soil needs. With soil moisture sensors and smart valves we tie watering to demand, detect leaks, and manage several sites from one screen. Installation needs no digging: existing valves stay in place.
Buildings and Offices
In most buildings, ventilation and lighting either run all the time or not at all. We monitor indoor air quality through CO₂, temperature and humidity, and control ventilation and lighting on demand. Several floors, buildings or branches appear on the same screen.
What Sets Us Apart
It verifies the result, not the command.
Most remote switching devices send a command and assume the job is done. Our control devices measure the current through the relay and raise an alarm on overcurrent or a stuck contact. So you find out when a line you thought was off is still live.
The System
From the field to the screen.
Field devices send their data to the platform through a gateway. The platform brings the whole site onto one screen; if you prefer, the same data flows into your existing systems.
The system is made up of control devices, sensors, meter-reading modules, communication converters and the monitoring platform. Every project is sized after a site survey; which components you need is a decision we make together. Communication runs over LoRaWAN, with GSM, Wi-Fi, Zigbee and wired options where required.
It works with what you already have: we pull your data over Modbus, MQTT, REST and OPC UA and pass it to your SCADA or ERP, so there is no need to move to new software. Your data is kept in open formats, wherever you decide. On your own server or in the cloud, the choice is yours.
How We Start
A small pilot first.
We survey your site and agree together which equipment to monitor, which data to collect and what coverage is needed. We then install the system in a small area using devices prepared for your site, so you never have to scale the investment before seeing the result. Once the pilot is approved, the remaining devices are prepared; site installation, gateway and platform configuration, integration with your existing systems and user training are completed. After installation, support comes from the same team.
